I'm Chloe Morgan and I am running for the Dayton Public School Board. Every child in our city deserves access to a high-quality, well-funded, and caring public education, regardless of their background or zip code.

I currently serve as the Family Engagement Liaison and sit on the Board of Directors at On Purpose Academy and Mentoring Center. I work closely with families and educators to support student success. I'm also proud to be the Founder and President of the Dayton Chapter of Parents United for Public Schools (PUPS) — a parent-led movement committed to protecting and strengthening public education in our community.

My work is rooted in listening, collaboration, and love for the people of Dayton. I’m not a politician — I’m a parent, an advocate, and a neighbor who shows up. I’m running because I’ve seen firsthand how powerful our schools can be when we invest in educators, center mental health, and make family voices part of every decision.

This campaign isn’t about me — it’s about all of us. And together, I know we can build the schools our children deserve.

My priorities reflect my values. I believe in:

• Empowering educators through fair wages, strong unions, and a seat at the decision-making table

• Centering student well-being, including mental health services and trauma-informed practices

• Fixing broken systems, like transportation and access, so that no student is left behind

• Uplifting community voices, ensuring that policy is shaped by those it impacts

My leadership is rooted in justice, transparency, and radical hope. I’m running to hold a seat where I facilitate a space for healing, growth, and bold transformation in Dayton Public Schools.
